Luggage checked at New Chitose Airport will be delivered between 17:00 and 20:00.

However, when the significantly delayed by the traffic situation and the bad weather will be notified by phone or mail.

We cannot accept dangerous goods, animals and plants,perishable, other products that are prohibited by Japanese law from being imported, valuables and expensive items over JPY 50,000.

We cannot accept paper bags, open bags, items that are weak against pressure and cannot be stacked, items that have two or more items tied together with a string, or items that may fall off.
